1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, joining our community, or communicating with us through WhatsApp or other channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, consistent with WhatsApp’s minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Our services

PYC provides a youth community that offers volunteer opportunities, events, meet-ups, membership benefits, and related communications. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

4. WhatsApp messaging

• We send WhatsApp messages only to users who have provided their phone number and opted in.
• Messages may include community updates, event invitations, reminders, and support replies.
• You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”, blocking our number, or emailing neel@pyccommunity.com.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms and policies. Standard message or data rates from your carrier may apply.

5. Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• Send spam, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or interfere with our services or systems;
• Use our services or WhatsApp communications for any commercial solicitation we have not authorised.

6. Membership

Some features require membership or registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for activity associated with your participation. We may suspend or remove members who violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The PYC name, logo, website content, and materials are owned by or licensed to PYC Education Private Limited and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a service. You may stop using our services and opt out of communications at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
