PYC Education Private Limited (“PYC”, “we”, “us”) provides community memberships, events, workshops, and related services. We are a service-based organisation and do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how access to our services is delivered after a successful payment made through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

Confirmation of a paid membership or registration is normally delivered immediately and no later than 24 hours after a successful payment. If you have not received confirmation within this time, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Delivery charges

As no physical products are shipped, no shipping or delivery charges apply. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable for the membership or service.

4. Non-delivery or access issues

If you do not receive access, confirmation, or joining details after a successful payment, contact us with your name and Razorpay payment/order ID. We will restore access or, where appropriate, issue a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
