This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to PYC Education Private Limited (“PYC”, “we”, “us”) for community memberships, event registrations, workshops, and related services, including payments processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email neel@pyccommunity.com with the subject “Refund Request”, or message us on WhatsApp.
  2. Include your full name, registered phone/email, the payment amount, date, and Razorpay payment/order ID.
  3. We will review and confirm eligibility, usually within 3 business days.

4. Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated through Razorpay to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. PYC is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks beyond our control.
