What data can be deleted

On request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your name, phone number (including WhatsApp number), and email address;
• WhatsApp message history and media exchanged with us;
• Membership, event registration, and communication-preference records;
• Any other personal information associated with your contact record.

How to request deletion

Choose either method below. Both reach the same team and are handled the same way.

Option 1 — Email (recommended)

1. Send an email to neel@pyccommunity.com.
2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
3. Include the name and phone number / email you used with us so we can locate your records.

Option 2 — WhatsApp

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 94286 01039.
2. Send the word “DELETE” (or “STOP” to also opt out of future messages).
3. We will confirm and process your request.

What happens next & timing

• We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days.
• We delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant personal data from our active systems.
• We instruct our processors (including the WhatsApp Business Platform records we control) to remove the relevant data.
• We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to do so (for example, for tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes). Any retained data remains protected under our Privacy Policy and is deleted once the legal requirement expires.

Important note about WhatsApp

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete messages stored on your own device or data held by WhatsApp/Meta under their own policies. To manage data held by WhatsApp, please refer to the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
